Relighting Using Light Probe Images on Light Stage Data

For this lab assignment image based lighting was performed on a set of Light Stage images using omni-dircetional high dynamic range images of real world illuminations. The Light Stage data is a set of images captured under different known light source positions. Vectors from the center of the Light Stage to the positions of the light sources were calculated and mapped into latitude-longitude coordinates to be used to gather light data from a HDR images. The relit image is a linear combination of the different Light Stage images where every Light Stage image is multiplied by the mean of the light patch gathered from the HDR images at the latitude-longitude position of the light position.
